Our therapists will provide a thorough, full body analysis to support you with your goals. This assessment will involve analysing your posture, mobility, gait, strength and general function. Identifying the root cause of an issue or pain is important to optimise individual outcomes. You will be linked to an app with progressive rehabilitation and strengthenig exercises to complete at home or in a gym setting.
