Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled.

At The Core Centre, 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting to be seen.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend your appointment, the full consultation fee will be charged.

We appreciate that unexpected circumstances and emergencies can occur. If something unavoidable happens, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will consider the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
