One on One sessions.


Pre-assessment with Ingrid first to guarantee maximum outcome from an individually planned program.


Sessions will be a mix of body weight, bands, ground reformers, rollers and myofascial release balls.


Since our pilates is taken by a pelvic health physiotherapist it will benefit those with abdominal wall separation, prolapse, pain and other musculoskeletal or pelvic health issues. 


Sessions are for an hour.


You will be emailed an individualised program.
